Look Inside Walt Disney World’s Swan Reserve
Here’s a look inside the Swan Reserve, one of the sister resorts to Walt Disney World’s Swan and Dolphin Resorts, which opened recently in 2021.

The Swan Reserve is the latest hotel to open on Disney World Property! One of the best “features” is its location. If you are planning a vacation to Disney and would like to get to the parks as soon as possible, you’ll love that the swan reserve is only within walking distance from Epcot (15 minutes) and Hollywood Studios (20 minutes)!
For the other two parks, there is complimentary bus transportation. Besides taking an uber or private shuttle, this is the only option to get you to Animal Kingdom. For Magic Kingdom, the bus only gets you to the Transportation Center, not directly into the park. Fun fact: Magic Kingdom is on an island. So the best way to get there is via boat, or monorail if you are booking a stay at the Swan Reserve.
Let’s talk about pricing, the price is on the lower end of Disney Resorts at around $300-350+ per night all the way to around $600 per night. If you are a loyal Marriott Bonvoy cardholder and have Marriott Bonvoy status, you can utilize your points to stay at this beautiful hotel.
The swan reserve is considered a deluxe hotel, which comes with awesome benefits. Such has extended hours in the parks on select nights.

The first few steps into the Swan Reserve, you already feel like you are on an island oasis. It’s super modern, yet relaxing with a calm color scheme, natural stone elements, and lush plants in the lobby area. The hotel itself isn’t too big and is easy to navigate through.
The Rooms & Suites
40% of the rooms offered here at the Swan reserve are suites. So if you need to book with family or friends, you can share a common room with a tv and couch plus a dining table which separates the two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and its own bathroom. And across, there’s a bedroom with two beds and a separate bathroom.
If you need to warm up leftovers, there is a microwave in the room. Which I don’t see as often in hotels so that’s pretty neat. And of course, you have a small mini-fridge. This is great if you are doing an extended stay at the hotel.

Dining Options
There are a few dining options inside of the hotel. Amare is the main restaurant with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The atmosphere is so fresh and sophisticated! I will definitely be back here for brunch.
For drinks, their lobby bar, STIR, offers craft cocktails with some flare. If you are staying on property, you’ll have an opportunity to grab a drink after a long day at the parks, thanks to their late hours!
For snacks and coffee, check out Grounds! It’s super cute and bright and a plant lover’s dream. I’m in love with the natural elements here. It feels like I’m on a trendy romantic beach vacation.

The Conference Center

The Pool
The pool area is stunning. It’s on a mid-level rooftop so not exactly on the roof, but you feel like you’re high above. There are cabanas available and an outdoor cafe called Tangerine. The vibes are immaculate. The pool itself isn’t that big, but one of the perks is that if you are staying here, you get access to all 5 pools on Swan and Dolphin properties!

Here are some notes to remember:
Although The Swan and Dolphin and Swan Reserve are not owned by Disney Company, you still get the same perks. Plus you’re only minutes away from the two popular parks, Hollywood Studios and Epcot!
