A New Way to Vacation with Sonder
As the world is starting to open up again after a crazy year, it seems like everyone on social media is ready to start planning their next vacation! I’m so lucky to live in one of the most fun places in the world, Orlando, Florida. Right in my backyard are some of the World’s most famous attractions like Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, and Sea World! But to really get that vacation feel, I booked a staycation with Sonder. If you haven’t heard of Sonder before, it’s a travel company that offers a modern, mobile-first service! What makes Sonder’s different from other travel companies and hotels is their seamless service system from their Sonder app. Keep reading to learn more about Sonder and to get a look of my stay at one of their many Orlando locations!

Sonder

As much as I love traveling, sometimes it can be a headache. I’m sure you can relate to getting off long cramped flights, just to wait for your bags. I’m sure the last thing you want to do is wait in a long line to check in your room or uncomfortable reach out to a host before your stay. Well, Sonder takes care of all of that! They’ll send you an email with any codes or instructions to get into the room and all you have to do is Check-in through their app for contact-free and so simple! You can request fresh towels and dinner recommendations all through your phone. And if you aren’t traveling to Orlando, Sonder is in over 30 cities in 8 countries! As a travel enthusiast, I can not wait to explore some amazing places on my bucket list and Sonder will be my new first choice in booking my stay!
Sonder’s Vista Cay Location in Orlando, FL

The room I booked through Sonder has three bedrooms with a full kitchen equipped with everything I need. Like pots, pans, plates, even olive oil and condiments. Pretty awesome. So my boyfriend and I thought why not make dinner during our first night since the Vista Cay location is conveniently located next to a huge grocery store.
We made our favorite sweet sausage tortellini with red sauce. And of course, some wine! Clean-up was a breeze since Sonder stocked our room up with cleaning supplies. They literally gave us everything we needed to make our staycation seamless. So all we had to focus on was relaxing!

The Vista Cay location is in the middle of all the action, so if you’re not looking to make a meal, you are minutes away from some of the best dining options Orlando has to offer. Here are some of my favorites (most of their are catered to couples and adults. Definitely check out Disney Springs for a more family atmosphere.)
